Order return or cancellation policy:
- You are eligible to cancel your order within 24 hours of your placing the order and get full refund after deducting the transaction fee charged by the bank as actual for the refund. You are not eligible to return or cancel your order after 24 hours of placing it.
Order modification policy:
- You can modify your order within 24 hours of your placing the order. The modification will be subject to the following conditions:
- In case the order value decreases due to modification you will be eligible for partial refund (I.e. difference between the original and modified order values) after deducting the transaction fee charged by the bank as actual for the refund.
- In case the order values increases due to modification you will have to pay the balance amount for confirming the modified order. In case of non-payment the original order will stand true.
- We have tried to provide complete detail about our product on the website. However in case of any queries or suggestions one can contact us on our email. We will get back to you with our appropriate response based on our product knowledge and experience.
- The various categories of diet are just for indicative purposes as by scientific knowledge we know having specific macronutrient ratio in a diet can lead to specific changes in an individual. However the degree of effect, from these diets varies from one individual to other. Therefore, Amucho makes no claim about the result a certain diet can help you achieve and neither claims to diagnose, treat or cure a disease.

- We usually take 4-7 business days for processing and shipping your order from our facility. The actual delivery might vary as per the time taken by the courier company for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipment at Courier Company’s end. However we will track your shipment until it is delivered and keep you posted in case of any delays by the courier company.
- In case of any issues with the condition of the delivered order one should contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. After proper investigation from our side we will let you know the remedial steps we will be ready to undertake.
- An order is considered to be complete only when the payment is made online. The final price after your meal selections and micronutrient preference includes meal cost, packaging and shipping charges and VAT. However this price doesn’t include online transaction fee or conversion charges levied by your bank, local body taxes or import duty. If in case these additional charges are applicable on your order, the balance amount can directly be given in cash to the courier company in exchange of proper bills.
- You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you agree to bear any and all applicable taxes/VAT etc. levied thereon.
- All suggestions, complaints and queries related to our website, product and orders should be mailed to us at email@example.com. Your query or complaint will be answered within a week of receiving the communication.
- Amucho believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the delivery process.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;
- Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
- Post 24 hours of delivered the order a minimum amount 25% will be deducted for customer and refund through "Payment Gateway Panel or Netbanking " within 10 to 15 working days as per as Bank Guideline.
- If we fail to deliver the products within the specific time the customer can ask for the refund, and we will liable to pay the full refund to the customer.
